With over 40 years of experience designing and installing kitchens, bathrooms and other projects, Harris-McClain has developed a process that makes your renovation stress free. We recommend that you begin with an extensive visit right here, on our website, we have many photos for you to look at. 
      Then call or email us to make an appointment with a member of our design team. An appointment guarantees you an uninterrupted time to discuss your project. During this visit we will ask you detailed questions like; How do you use the room, What are your expectations for the finished product.
         Our next step in the process is to visit your home to take measurements and to survey the area, further assessing the needs and scope.
         Upon return to our office, we will put together the concept plan, consisting of a rough design and a detailed budget analysis.
At this point we ask you for a design retainer. Once that is paid, you will receive a detailed estimate and 3-D design, the retainer fee will be applied to the overall project.
         You will be asked for a down payment before the cabinetry is ordered, and the balance upon their delivery.
