Rodney Harris and Bob McClain started Harris McClain Construction back in 1989. After 2 years Bob pursued another business venture. In October of 2005 Rodney expanded the already successful construction company and opened a Kitchen & Bath Showroom. Located at 14214 S. Dixie Hwy, Monroe MI 48161. (1 mile south of Albain Rd) . In 2014 marked the 25th anniversary for Harris McClain.
Harris McClain has on display many door styles and finishes, from manufactures such as Showplace cabinetry, Waypoint Living Spaces and Wolf Cabinetry. We also display a large selection of ceramic tile and countertops such as laminate, quartz, granite and solid surface.
Rodney prides himself on offering AMERICAN MADE PRODUCTS. Showplace Cabinetry is located out of Harrisburg South Dakota, they have been in business since 1999 and are a mid priced semi- custom cabinet line. Showplace is a proud employee owned company and Made In America. Waypoint Living Spaces brand cabinets are proudly Made In America as well and located in Gas City Indiana. Wolf Classic Cabinets are made in Indiana by American workers using American components. Cambria is the sole producer of engineered quartz surface in the United States. Cambria is located in Eden Prairie, Minnesota with additional facilities across the country. These are just a few of the many products we have to offer.

Rodney Harris-Owner
Rodney Harris was born in Monroe, Michigan and has been a carpenter most of his life. Raised in the building trade, Rodney is the sole proprietor of the business that he launched in 1989. He attends several building and trade shows every year to keep up on industry trends and products.
Nicole Salter- Interior Designer
Nicole Salter has a degree in Interior Design from Davis College in Toledo, Ohio and has been doing kitchen and bath design for over 16 years. She is trained in Pro Kitchen Design, 20/20 Design, 2D and 3D design, color principles, textiles, lighting and space planning for both residential and commercial design.
Patrick Andringa - Master Carpenter
Patrick grew up learning the building trades from his family. He has been doing carpentry work for over 25 years. He prides himself in doing quality detailed work.
